Welcome to Fabulous Viva Las Vegastamps!

Thursday, June 23, 2005

Brenda Gabet of Kitchener, Ontario was the lucky winner of the Pinata full of Viva Las Vegastamps! rubber at one of the Las Vegas Rubber Conventions.

Finding Viva Las Vegastamps! can be tricky if you don't have a map! We're directly behind Square Apple (shown as Zingers on the map and Signarama has gone too) and you need to turn north off East Sahara Avenue on the street named 1004-1044 East Sahara or the street by City Impact (Trinity Christian Center). Square Apple has giant billboards on top of it pointing to Imperial Spa and also pointing to our store. For some strange reason, there are streets that run north off East Sahara Avenue that are STILL called East Sahara Avenue! Only in Las Vegas. Further directions can be found on our Web Site at www.stampo.com/map.html

Catalog is now 576 pages and we're adding new stamps all the time! Check it out at www.stampo.com/catalog and better still, check out our shopping cart at www.stampostore.com where we have about 4,000 NEW stamps not in any printed catalog!

Jennie loves to shop at Viva Las Vegastamps! and be waited on by Stampo and Elvis.

Please beware!

Here comes a herd of them now!

Flamingos everywhere!

Snowball,Spuds, Ricky and Princess, four of my Bichon Frises stand guard at the store.

Pink flamingos abound at Viva Las Vegastamps!

What a perfect license plate for my van! I was thrilled when they brought out these Las Vegas Centennial plates with the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign on it... our logo! And, of course, VLVS is short for "Viva Las Vegastamps!"

This was the front entrance to Viva Las Vegastamps! prior to our expansion into three buildings... this door now serves as a dog door for my six dogs to go in and out through. Manufacturing and the Retail Store were housed in this one building for many years until we expanded.

This is the side parking lot of Viva Las Vegastamps! The door on the left of the picture leads to the manufacturing facility. And behind the glass block and stucco wall is a desert landscaped yard with a fish pond and palm trees... still need to get some cacti planted! My six dogs romp in the yard when they're on breaks from working hard in the store... you can see them at work at http://www.stampovlvs.blogspot.com/

Showgirls, Slot Machines, Nuns, Neon and Stamps, Stamps, Stamps! Obviously, this picture was taken before the ugly fluorescent lights were replaced with fabulous neon on the ceiling!

Our Logo sign mimics the famous Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas sign... you can see how much I love Glass Block as well in the decor of the World Headquarters of Viva Las Vegastamps!

Sue James hit the jackpot at Viva Las Vegastamps! So can you!

Is that Santa or Stampo in front of all those rubber stamps?

Stampo... curator of the Viva Las Vegastamps! RubberArt Gallery... one of these days, we'll get a picture of Ginger Krudup, our talented docent and creator of many of the wondrous works of Stamped Art in the Gallery.

Need more stamps?

A shot of the RubberArt Gallery ceiling...

It's hard to know whether to look at the neon or the stamps!

Stamps as far as the eye can see...

The RubberArt Gallery is starting to shape up... we need lots more stamped art from talented artists using our unique images and sayings.

And here's Li'l Herman... the latest addition to Stampo's menagerie... he's a rescue who flew in from Texas and has his own blog!

Here's the checkout counter and yes, that's a giant flamingo on the counter... do you start to get the feeling we like flamingos! The sunflowers were a welcome to Li'l Herman from my good friend Petchy and her Bichons and other dogs from Santa Fe. She also sent four pounds of jerky treats that were well received!

This is the entrance to Viva Las Vegastamps! before the RubberArt Gallery was set up. Yes, those are giant flamingos welcoming you!

You know you're here when you see our logo sign!

Rock 'n Roll is here to stay at Viva Las Vegastamps!
